If these changes are done in code, it takes much more effort and compromises the integrity of the code. This does not mean that changes are not possible. Required Skills or Experience
Mature graphic design, web design, and animation design skills
Experience in usability, accessibility and interactivity
Expert skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash or equivalent
Expert skills in page creation: HTML, CSS, Javascript etc.
