Managing Director Job Description:
To provide overall leadership, strategic direction and supervision of the operations of the Organisation
* Day-to-day administration and management of the Organisation * Formulate policies and strategic plans for the Organisation
* Advise the Board on issues and submit proposals for the management of the Organisation
* Ensure the preparation and submission of relevant reports on the operations of the Organisation
* Ensure the establishment and strategic management of financial, administrative, engineering, production, marketing, editorial and Internal Audit systems and procedures and other organisational structures to achieve corporate effectiveness and efficiency
* Develop and maintain a culture that will foster co-operation, commitment, efficiency, accountability and productivity within the organisation
* Develop and implement systems and methods of effective monitoring and control of activities of the organisation
* Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Board from time to time
MD Job Requirements:
* A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Social Sciences or Arts, preferably, Mass Communications, Journalism, Business/Public Administration, Economics, Management or its equivalent professional qualification from a recognised Institution, with not less than twelve (12) years’ post qualification relevant work experience, five (5) of which must be in a senior management postion

6. Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
7. Proficiency in computer

9. Excellent marketing orientation and good knowledge of Media Networks, particularly the print media
