Job Description
Camfed is seeking to recruit motivated and dynamic individuals as part of a major scale up.
* You will have strong management skills ready to excel in the role of Programme Manager where you will be responsible for the cohesive coordination of Camfed’s programmes
* You will manage staff and provide leadership and strategic planning
Required Skills or Experience
* You will have a good degree and 5-10 years experience
* Successful candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an ability to work unsupervised under pressure and flexibility to travel
