Our client SAVANNAH ACCELERATED DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (SADA) is an independent agency mandated by the Government of Ghana to coordinate a comprehensive development agenda for the Northern Savannah Ecological Zone of Ghana. To achieve the agenda of promoting sustainable economic and social development, eradicating poverty, and improving quality of life, SADA seeks experienced professionals to join its senior management team.

Your role:

Reporting to the CEO, the Director will lead development and implementation of comprehensive Monitoring and Evaluation systems and processes capable of tracking the impacts of development investments.

Duty Location: Tamale and the Northern Savannah Area


Required Skills or Experience

Minimum of Masters degree in M&E, statistics, planning, economics, or related field
Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience, 5 at senior management level
Experience in public sector M&E design and planning, and development management institutions at regional and district assembly levels
Experience in working with gender dis-aggregated statistics, gender sensitive analysis and methods and use of statistical packages
Active member of national and international evaluation and planning associations
Candidates must be literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications
